How it works

A calm, respectful path to marriage

Four simple steps, with you and your family in control at every stage.

The four steps

  1. 1

    Create a profile

Sign up and create a profile for yourself, or for a son, daughter, sibling or relative. The profile clearly shows who manages it.
  2. 2

    Set preferences and visibility

Describe the life partner you hope to find, then decide which details and photos are shown, and to whom.
  3. 3

    Suggested matches and interests

You receive suggested matches based on your preferences. If someone seems suitable, send a respectful interest.
  4. 4

    Talk safely

When both sides accept, you can talk in the app. Contact details are shared only when you both agree.

Profiles managed by family

Run by a parent, sibling or guardian

Families often lead the search. A parent, sibling or guardian can create and manage a profile on behalf of the person it is for, who must be 18 or over.

Always clear who is speaking

Each profile shows who manages it, for example "Managed by mother", so the other family knows who they are talking to.

Interests, not likes

There is no swiping here. An interest is a considered, polite request to begin a conversation.

Send an interest

When a suggested match seems suitable, send an interest. The other side can accept or decline with no pressure.

Both must accept

Conversation only opens when both sides accept. Until then, no messages can be exchanged.

Photo privacy options

Photos are modest by default. You choose one of these settings for your photos.

Blurred for everyone

Your photos are always blurred.

Accepted matches

Visible only to people whose interest you have accepted.

Members

Visible to signed-in, verified members.

On request

Members ask to see your photos, and you decide each time.

Guardian (wali) access

A member can invite a wali or guardian to read their conversations. This keeps communication transparent and in line with family and religious expectations. The member chooses whether to invite a wali, and the other side can see that a wali is present.
