Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over who is looking to marry. If a family member creates the profile, the person the profile is for must also be 18 or over.
Is it free to join?
Yes, Ghotok Gate is free to join.
Can a parent create a profile for their son or daughter?
Yes. A parent, sibling or guardian can create and manage a profile, and it will show who manages it, for example "Managed by mother". See For families.
Who sees my photos?
You decide. Photos can be blurred for everyone, visible only to accepted matches, visible to members, or visible on request. Every photo is reviewed by a person first.
How are matches suggested?
Suggested matches are based on the preferences you set, such as age, location and other details you choose to share.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your settings in the app. If you need help, email us at hello@ghotokgate.com.
